• Informing the landlord
• Tenant referencing forms processed with a guarantor if needed
• Once accepted, confirming a move in date and arranging for the keys to be given to the tenant
• Collection of first months rent and deposit
• Tenancy agreement provided and signed

Fully Managed: (including all of the above and below)

• Full inventory of the property, if required a photographic inventory
• Noting all meter readings and informing relevant utility companies including council tax
• Managing the day to day management of the property and tenants
• Deposit administered with DPS (regulated body)
• Rent collected monthly and forwarded to landlord immediately
• Periodic inspections of the property (with reports)
• Serve relevant notices on behalf of the landlord when required
• Arrange the move out of the tenant
• Full inventory move out
• Deposit mediation
