Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
Finding suitable tenants and accepting a deposit
Informing the landlord and beginning the vetting procedure
Once accepted, confirming a move in date and arranging for the keys to be given to the tenant
Collection of rent and deposit
Tenancy agreement provided and signed
Fully inventory of the property, and if required a photographic inventory
Noting all meter readings and informing relevant utility companies including council tax
Managing the day to day management of the property and tenants
